Healthcare

I realize that the current healthcare system in the US has it’s flaws.  But, if it sucks so bad, why do other countries send their tough cases here?  We need to maintain a free market-based system.  If you open it up to everyone, everyone will have crappy care.  Just ask our neighbors to the north (the ones who have needed treatment) how they feel about their system.
